Welcome to ‘The Nest’, an exceptionally creative and ground breaking concept designed to enhance the community and the genuine village feel of a rapidly growing, vibrant new area.

I worked alongside a team of professionals, directly involved in all aspects of planning, design, marketing and partnering with forward thinking state authority, EDQ Environmental Development QLD. We transformed seven tiny freehold lots, into unique mixed use dwellings, where residents could live/work, run a small business, even have a shop front all at competitive prices.

This hub continues to strive today and is an integrated part of the community.
